I have been interested in design and anything interactive for quite some time and I have constantly updated my skills set to keep up with the latest technologies, techniques and web standards.

For my education I was awarded a First Class Honours (with Academy Award) for my degree in Interactive Media, upon completing my Degree I decided to pursue a Master degree in Electronic Commerce, which I was awarded a Master of Science with Distinction.

Apart from my studies I have also worked at digital media organisations such as CODEWORKS NITRO, Digital Media Network and Leighton. During this period, I have experienced working with clients such as Apple, Burtons Foods, Cadbury's, Pretty Polly, the National Glass Centre, Centre for Life, SIEMENS and SME organisations within the North East of England.

I currently work as a User Experience Designer within the Marketing and Communications Directorate at Newcastle University. My remit involves designing and building standards based websites for schools, research institutes and the central University website.
